General Project Description:

ProBuilt Structures is a leading manufacturer and retailer of steel buildings, garages, and portable storage buildings in Central Florida. Recently, they sought to differentiate their buildings and offer a more upscale look to their customers with new siding options and accent walls. This new refined look had to accomplish four things: it had to be aesthetically appealing, durable, transportable, and easy-to-install. With these benefits, ProBuilt Structures would set themselves apart from the competition by giving customers elevated curb appeal while keeping them within budget.

In the past, achieving the look of real stone on buildings always came with compromises on authentic appeal, durability, ability to transport, and cost effectiveness. Yet, after evaluating Qora Cladding’s stone cladding panels they knew they had something that could work. They installed Qora’s lightweight panels as wainscoting on a seven-year-old 24’ x 30’ garage display model at our Lecanto, Florida location. Motorists immediately noticed the building’s new look. Inquiries flooded in regarding the building, the stone accents, and ProBuilt’s ability to offer the beauty of stone masonry on a steel building and portable structures.

Michael Love, Sales Manager at Probuilt Structures stated he was very pleased by the amount of increased traffic the stone accents had produced. Michael stated that customers were impressed with the authentic look of Qora Cladding’s products—both from a distance as well as up close. Rod Miedema, President of ProBuilt Structures, said, "It is the most authentic-looking faux stone product on the market. I am very impressed with the look as well as the feel of the product. The stones and grout have actual sand imbedded, and that is a far superior to the vinyl or other polymer faux products on the market." Miedema added, "Not to mention the simplicity of installation, and no mess to clean up, or sod to replace! Two guys had this done in less than an hour." As to the attention Qora Cladding has garnered, Michael quipped, "It was as if we put a whole new display on the lot!"
